Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and shipped from our farm in Saint-Gilles, Québec. We do our best to process your order quickly so your small pets receive their fresh hay without unnecessary delays.

Processing Times

• Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• Quebec and Ontario: 5 to 7 business days

• Other Canadian provinces: 5 to 10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the carrier, the time of year (e.g. holiday season), or circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

• Some promotions may offer free shipping under the conditions indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. You can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.
